What do I need for the installation?

How to install QuickHeat?

Once you’ve removed the old flooring and exposed the subfloor, simply cover the entire floor with vapour barrier (PE film).
Next, cover the floor with the QuickHeat insulation plates and tape them together.
Roll out the QuickHeat foils with their built-in heat cables and connect the connectors. Install the controller on the wall and connect with the QuickHeat foils.
To finish, cover with vapour barrier (PE film) and check if the floor sensor is warming up the foils.
Now you are ready to install your floor. QuickHeat works with all types of floating floor coverings such as wood and laminate.
